I am so excited to be able to announce that my sister Alyssa and her husband Bradley are expecting their first baby this coming November! One of my favorite jobs in the world is being an aunt and I'm beyond thrilled to add another little niece/nephew to that list. Alyssa announced to me that she was pregnant by texting me a picture of the ultra sound.
I called her immediately and we gushed with excitement over the phone. I'm so happy for Alyssa and Bradley they will seriously be the greatest, most loving parents I can imaging. And it is safe to say with parents like them this baby is going to grow up to have one heck of a sense of humor :).

Since Alyssa lives in Washington we don't get to see each other very often, but I always love our phone calls to get updates on how she's feeling, baby name ideas, and just general catching up on life. I was so thrilled to get to see her baby bump yesterday!

In just 2 weeks Alyssa is coming to Indiana for a visit and all my plans for that week will include being with her :) (besides working of course ;)) And what better way to celebrate then throwing a baby shower. Since they are not finding out the gender of the baby, pinterest has been very handy in finding adorable, gender neutral baby shower ideas.
